Our Services
Our Attendant Services support people with physical disabilities to lead full, active, and independent lives in the Waterloo Region community by providing assistance with personal care activities.
These services are consumer-directed and can be provided at home, at work, at school, or in the community.
Please Note: There is currently a waitlist for service. Applicants are ranked in priority order according to their needs.
Attendant Outreach
Attendants support personal care activities you need assistance with, delivered in your home, workplace, school, or in the community on a pre-scheduled basis between 6 am and 11 pm.
Assisted Living
Attendants support personal care activities you need assistance with, delivered in your home on a scheduled and unscheduled basis around the clock.
